For SG23 we explored experimental variety CH2 from Crosby Hops, known for its bright citrus and orange marmalade aroma. It leads the profile in this gorgeous pale ale, making up 50% of the dry hop. The remaining dry hop is split between Deep Cut Cascade, which is essentially late-pick Cascade, and some spanking hand-selected Citra. Vegan friendly.
