A bold English IPA with a rich malt backbone imparting a deep, toasted malt sweetness with hints of biscuit and caramel that provide balance to its hop-forward profile. Hopped with a distinctive blend of Ernest and CF162, this IPA offers a unique aroma and flavor combination. The Ernest hops bring earthy, herbal notes with a subtle spice, while the CF162 hops contribute a touch of citrus and tropical fruit, adding an intriguing layer of complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced beer with a smooth bitterness, a full-bodied mouthfeel, and a long, satisfying finish. Vegan friendly.

A Pacific red ale brewed with specialty malts for a full-bodied malt foundation. Dry hop additions of four New Zealand varieties bring a heady mix of flavours from sticky candy, to candied orange and a touch of blackberry and oak. Hops: Superdelic, Pacific Gem, Moutere and Taiheke. Vegan friendly.

Part of our Up and Over series of IPAs. This time we have paired Citra with Azacca. On the nose expect tropical mango and pineapple, with citrusy grapefruit and orchard fruits on the palate. Vegan friendly.
