Roasted cacao shells are a waste product generated from the artisan chocolate making process. These crisp and delicate shells hold fragments of flavoursome cocoa nibs which we include in the mashing process. This festive stout has an unctuous velvety-smooth mouthfeel, balanced with the subtle aftertaste of bittersweet dark chocolate.
This bitter is full of heady herbal aromas from British Phoenix hops, making it surprisingly delicious and certainly more interesting than many of its counterparts.
Our Skylight is the palest of beers, brewed with crisp British-grown lager malt. The continental hops used make this a bright and fresh lager-style beer with light floral and grassy tones.
This dark amber organic beer is gluten free. The full and lasting dry spice aroma is complemented by a rich, full-bodied malt flavour and balanced by notes of hedgerow fruits.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
Powerful fruitiness, with flavours reminiscent of redcurrants, raspberries and strawberries intermingled with citrus notes. The fruitiness is balanced out by the famous Ruddles bitterness and by a delicate aroma.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
Amber bitter with aromas of sweet honey and spice with a dry hoppiness.
The latest in our current series of single hopped IPAs. Polish CF123 hops give aromas of citrus, pine and berry fruits.
A New England Session Ale, perfect for summer! We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops, creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb. It drinks beautifully, with just a light bitterness to keep it balanced.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Sweet cider infused with tart raspberry rippled through with vanilla.
