A spring pale ale we wanted to stink of Polish hops so added 50/50 mix of Whole Cone Lubelski and Marynka 10g/l kettle at 80c for maximum aroma. Expect big grassy, herbal, lemon an subtle spicy notes, on a classic All Day pale ale base of extra pale malt, spelt and torrefied wheat. Vegan friendly.

This single-hopped Mosaic pale ale is designed specifically for cask. We used a classic malt bill of mostly Best Ale Malt with a good portion of Extra Pale malt. We then whirlpooled 5kg Mosaic for a subtle bitterness and a fruity aroma. Finally, we dry-hopped with 10kg Mosaic BBC. All be it quite restrained hopping for us, this beer punches well above its weight.
