We returned to our house pale style for this bright and vibrant pale ale. We used Simcoe and Chinook hot side before dry hopping with some Columbus and a bit of Nectaron. It's got a nice piney top note with citrus undertones and is one you'll struggle to not order a second of! Vegan friendly.

For this pale ale, we have focused on blending Muntons Malt extra pale Planet with Bestmalz Heidelburg for a super low colour pint. We've then hopped this beer with Nelson Sauvin leaf on the copper and dry hopped with El Dorado Cryo at pitch and Nelson T90 in conditioning.
