A sturdy New England India Pale Ale, rounding off its juiciness with Acerola berries, citrusy flavours and aromas added by Citra, El dorado, Strata hops and achiote (annatto): a famous ingredient all around the world but born in the Amazonian rainforest, long used in Central and South America in rituals, as a spice and as a symbol of divinity and power.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. The first UK beer to use the exquisite Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. We brew this as a SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) using the heritage Maris Otter as a base malt which really works to allow the complex flavour of this hop to really shine through. There is a grassy, grapefruit character on the nose, followed by passionfruit and mango. It finishes with a balanced and thirst-quenching bitterness.
