An amber ale hopped with Ella.

A session IPA brewed with bread! Fresh and fragrant hops were then added to create a light and tropical fruity session pale with all the flavour of an American IPA. Students from The School of Artisan Food have now graduated, however their final assessment generated a vast quantity of baguettes which we've shredded and used instead of malt in this brew. 10p per pint will go toward building our village car park, the site of which is very close to 'Baker's Row' in Cuckney, making it safer for residents and users of the village hall.

Our tropical fruit APA, dry hopped with Equanot, Simcoe and Mosaic, it's fresh, fruity and sessionable. Great anywhere but best served on the beach!

The cider starts with the sweetness of apples followed by fresh field strawberries. It ends dry with red apples. There is a little surprising tartness so instead the strawberry sweetness dominating makes you want another sip. Perfectly balanced between apple and strawberry.
