An eclectic, multi-national hop line-up featuring varieties from USA, UK and NZ cleverly combined in this high rising new cask aged IPA. The towering spicy citrus characteristics of Cascade are skilfully enhanced by the tropical pineapple, passion fruit and peach characters plus herbal hints of Nectaron and express lifted further by the aromatic grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin. All topped out with a moreish bitterness from UK sourced Challenger.

Helles Lager. We begin with a specially selected premium lager yeast and a variety of classic Noble European hops. During fermentation we add some Saaz for an earthy and floral hint, followed by the Mandarina Bavaria hop to give an extra subtle hint of lemon complexity to the taste and aroma. Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear and light, it's the very definition of a thirst-quenching lager bier.
