All the rustic and spicy, Belgian-style farmhouse notes you'd expect from a classic saison have been funked up, before being matured in French Pinot Noir barrels for nine months. Initially brewed back in 2018 as a Tryannuary experiment to take, the already great, Imperial Tonkoko up a notch. Since its release it has gained notoriety as one of the best beers to wait for from us, only being released once a year. Using insane amounts of malt, coconut, cacao and vanilla mixed with our favourite ingredient Tonka, this beer always delivers the goods proving to be as rich and luxurious as it sounds. This year we release the original Empress along with three other variations to expand and enhance the range; bringing our vision of making the biggest and best Tonkoko ever, full circle. Contains lactose.
