A dark brown porter infused with cold brew coffee. Smooth pouring, well-conditioned with a thick creamy beige head. Complex notes of chocolate, coffee, and caramel coat the pallet, followed up with a fruity hop character and a lasting bitter finish.

A pale IPA style beer, heavily dry hopped with a multitude of New World hops to give pleasant citrus and apricot flavours.

Roasted coffee and dark chocolate notes come through from rich malts, followed by crisp, clean bitterness from Target and Goldings hops.

We call it our session lager with good reason: light on the palate, subtly hopped, with a sweet, biscuity malt finish. The Hawkstone Session is not just easy-drinking, but it's also incredibly moreish.

Caribbean sunshine meets the English countryside to create this wonderfully refreshing tropical cider. Our golden cider has been blended with the vibrant natural flavours of pineapple and orange. The pineapple brings a refreshing balance of sweet and sour to the blend, complimenting the light citrus burst of the orange and still allowing the pressed apple after notes to break through.

Award winning light, refreshingly, medium dry vintage cider fermented with a blend of 100% fresh juice from traditional English eating apple varieties, such as Red Falstaff, Katy and Windsor. Made in a limited batch with the first press of the juiciest apples from each season's harvest of our Herefordshire and Worcestershire orchards.

Black Forest Gateau in a glass! A complex malt base creates a rich and smooth creamy backbone with the addition of lactose. Rich and indulgent full-bodied milk stout with black cherries, Kirsch, dark chocolate and cream. Contains lactose. Gluten removed - low gluten.

A bright, easy-drinking pale ale with a balanced hop character showcasing American hops. Aromas of citrus and subtle tropical fruit lead into flavours of grapefruit, orange peel and a hint of pine. A light malt backbone provides soft biscuit notes that support the hops without overpowering them. Crisp and refreshing with moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish that invites another sip.

A strong traditional English best bitter. Rich amber in colour; Maris Otter malt is combined with amber, crystal and oats to form a full and rich base for the hops to sit. Biscuit malt flavours are perfectly balanced by robust peppery and grapefruit bitterness, tempered with a hint of tropical fruit and sweet orange. A modern take on a heritage beer style. Gluten removed - low gluten.

Chatsworth Gold is a golden beer made with honey from the Chatsworth Estate. The delicate sweetness is well balanced with bitterness from Goldings and Fuggles hops.
