Caribbean sunshine meets the English countryside to create this wonderfully refreshing tropical cider. Our golden cider has been blended with the vibrant natural flavours of pineapple and orange. The pineapple brings a refreshing balance of sweet and sour to the blend, complimenting the light citrus burst of the orange and still allowing the pressed apple after notes to break through.

Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Super sessionable with a grist is made up predominantly of lager malt and a touch of torrefied wheat in order to create an extra pale, straw-coloured hue and a delicate base for a harmonious layer of citrus and tropical fruit characteristics to sit on top. Showcasing a blend of sought-after New Zealand hops (Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Gem and Riwaka), Middle Earth makes for easy-drinking, with gooseberry and a touch of passion fruit on the nose giving way to a crisp hit of grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Based on our Champion Pale Ale, Lighthouse is a light 3.4% abv golden beer with a light fragrance, lovely malty flavours and a long hoppy finish. Brewed with Pale Ale and Crystal malt, it has a hint of caramel and toffee. It's hopped with a blend of Fuggles and Goldings hops.
