A deep red strong ale brewed from heritage Chevallier malt to give a powerful malty base. Bitterness is low, but aromas of citrus, spice and stone fruits come from English Ernest and Jester hops.
This very pale hoppy ale is made from low colour Maris Otter malt. A combination of three high-alpha American hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.
