An amped up, maxed out single hop DDH pale. The style with which we find works so well for single hop showcases, we've loaded this beer with a huge 40kg dry-hop charge of Citra to rinse every single bit of grapefruit, mango, lychee and passionfruit out of this world renowned varietal.
Cryo Mosaic offers a dark dank pine note and there are flowing soft stone fruits throughout, has a very dry finish and plenty of bitterness. Hops used Cryo Mosaic, Azacca and Simcoe.
A juicy and dank pale packed with a trio of US hops. Overripe tropical fruit, a rich mouthfeel and a quick, smooth finish.
A pale ale with an ever changing hop bill. This beer changes batch to batch but it is consistently flavourful and excellent. This version features Mosaic hops. Please note ABV may vary.
Lightly golden Helles lager with a bubbly, medium white head that steadily shrinks to a thin foamy lace, the aroma is soft and sweet with grain and very flowery hops.
We used a huge 40% oats in the malt bill and 60% extra pale ale, giving this beer a gorgeous pale yellow hue. We then added a large addition of Ekuanot BBC and Citra BBC in the whirlpool and double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere for a gorgeous aroma of citrus and stonefruit.
Our homage to the great IPAs that started us on our beer journey - its packed full of Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic with Citra added to the dry hop for an easy drinking taste sensation.
Honestly, if you like lemon sherbet and oily hops, this creamy sherbet-bomb is for you. Centennial is, by far, the hop that leaves the most VIBE in the beer. By vibe, I mean flavour compounds. Look it up. Get it now and tell me I'm wrong. Absolute lemon pie of a beer.
