Our big, juicy, creamy killer of a New England IPA has had one hell of a Cryo upgrade! We've returned to the original deadly 4 hop line up and added Cryo Citra to create this tropical mash juice bomb. Smashed limes, dripping clementines and ripe mango to the nose with an explosion of crushed pink grapefruit, fresh lychee, sliced oranges and juicy mango to the palate. Full, creamy soft mouthfeel to this dank killer hop monster. Hops: Mosaic, Talus, Citra Cryo and Idaho 7. Vegan friendly.

Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.

An imperial stout brewed with cacao nibs in both the whirlpool, where they contribute bitter dark chocolate notes, and also in the fermenter, where they bring a rounder creaminess. Into the fermenter also went lashings of cherry puree, which is paired with cherry-smoked barley in the grist for a more nuanced layering of cherry. Big, boozy, chewy, and loaded with almond and dark choc. Brewed to celebrate our 1st birthday.
