A crisp, sessionable pale ale showcasing the tropical vibrancy of Azacca, Belma, and Calypso hops. Light, refreshing, and hop-forward, it’s a confident debut from Ashover Brew Co.

Brewed using USA Citra, Columbus and Chinook hops, this American Pale Ale has big punchy flavours of lemon and grapefruit with a subtle floral background.

Dark amber in colour with a fruity malt nose. Fruity malt flavours and a fruity finish with hops coming through at the end.

Golden ale with sweet honey flavours followed by hints of spice with earthy undertones.

A robust auburn ale. Plenty of crystal malt gives this beer a rich colour and combination of bold walnut and bitter-sweet caramel flavours.

Smooth dark ruby coloured porter with rich aromas of toasted malt. An initial sweetness followed by a good lingering hop finish and hazelnut after notes.

A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.

Warming, malty and fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters providing a complex, satisfying and warming experience.

A beautiful hazy session IPA. We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb. Vegan friendly.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

The legendary Black Dragon! This medium cider now has quite a following amongst the most discerning cider drinkers. It is rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma.
