We've created the flavour profile of a Danish pastry in this beer - utilising the fresh vanilla, alongside raisin for a subtle fruit sweetness, and a final flourish of cinnamon to balance everything out. The result is a slick, oily and decadent imperial stout - rich in flavour but not cloying, and widely regarded within the brewery as our best imperial stout ever.
