A light, refreshing, 'freewheeling' fresh pale ale passionately brewed with Cascade hops and a subtle hint of orange and coriander. Originally a seasonal brew to celebrate the Tour de France passing by our front doors in 2014. Hugely popular, this beer returns year after year.
Oats and Caragold in the mash give a light pale colour and a fuller, softer, mouthfeel. British Olicana and Jester hops in the boil add a fruity, soft bitterness. Ekuanot, Simcoe and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hop add citrus fruit flavours.
One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. Amber gold in colour, brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.

Our golden girl is a medium fruity cider with a gorgeous delicate hue. Made using 100% cider apples, from our very own Herefordshire farm, Lily has an intense fruity nose and is gently sweet on the palate. Lily's subtle balance of fresh cider apples, candy apple sweetness and light body makes for a very easy drinking and quaffable cider.
Extra pale malt is blended with Munich, Vienna and a splash of Crystal malt to produce a light golden colour. Columbus hops are used for bittering and Simcoe, Equinox, Cascade and Mosaic are added progressively throughout the boil with a good wedge added at the hop-stand phase. The hops add fruit, floral notes typical of a North American style pale ale. Clean US05 yeast is used to allow the hops to shine through.
