The latest riff on our Oats &....series is a pale ale showcasing a huge ol' charge of Simcoe hops in the whirlpool and at dry hop. Expect pine, herbs and grapefruit on the nose and a deep earthy undertone supported by a silk, oaty base, while a slightly dry finish gives some refreshing bitterness. Gluten free.

An exceptionally fruity blend of Dabinett and Browns apples (80/20 ratio). Luscious, easy-drinking, refreshing and perfectly balanced. The 2023 vintage gave us smooth and light bodied Dabinett that matches up perfectly with a small infusion of co-fermented Browns apples that provide fruity acidity. A muted aroma leads into a cider that zips across the palate with freshness and verve, bringing joy to the mouth.
Bisquet, Not Ball's Bittersweet and Reinette d'obey apples combine to achieve greatness. A soft, luscious cider with a delicate aroma of daffodils and apple blossom that leads to a drink of perfect balance, with drinkability and a refreshing character.
