Our homage to the classic West Coast IPA, pioneered in California and the style that revolutionised the modern beer world. Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
A delicious combination of apples with raspberry, blackcurrant and strawberry fruits perfectly blended for a refreshingly moreish cider.
Amber cider lightly oaked with vanilla, kiwi fruit and caramel notes. Great with stilton and desserts. Using Hampshire and Sussex dessert apples together with bittersweets from the West Country. The Jonagold and Bramley cider provide the fruity and acidic balance and the Dabinett and Yarlington Mill cider the tannic length. The latter lightly oaked with American and French medium toast provide the smooth vanilla and caramel notes.
This is a lovely session pale, well-hopped with just Mosaic. Expect an easy-drinking, juicy pale, perfect for the weekend and warmer spring and summer days.
Our Black Country Gateau stout combines sweet black cherries, deep bitter dark chocolate and a hint of vanilla sweetness in this super smooth rich stout.

A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops and the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base and hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin, grapefruit. It finishes crisp and clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.
Made in the heart of Bavaria using natural mineral water and locally grown barley and hops, new Hofmeister Helles Lager is slow-brewed colder and longer than most other beers today. That’s because hofmeister believe all the extra time and effort is well worth it. And when you try their fresher, subtly hoppy and gently carbonated Helles, hofmeister think you will too.
