Our first ever New Zealand pale ale hopped with Wakatu, Pacifica and Motueka. Brewed specially to launch our new bar, The Old Post Office in Adlington. Be amongst the first to get your hands on this beauty!
A single-hopped English bitter brewed with lovely Jester hops. This is the fifth and final version of the Forecast series.
Our latest pale ale brewed using Cashmere and Nelson Sauvin hops. Cashmere hops are intensely flavourful with a smooth bitterness. Brimming with tropical melon, pineapple, peach, coconut, and lemon-lime soda flavours. This complements the classic white-grape flavours of Nelson Sauvin. Vegan friendly.
When we made Rolling Palace, it was supposed to be a one off. But we loved it. So we’ve made others. Rolling Palace is now our IPA series. Same base beer, different dry hop. Number 6 uses Centennial hops. Back to basics. Back to the classics. A proper hop, in a proper beer, to be drunk properly. A beer flavoured beer with bitterness and aroma in perfect unity. 100% Organic.
This German-style wheat beer has a tasty banana like sweetness with gentle notes of clove and caramel. A pleasing soft, yet rich drink.
An Irish Stout like no other, a recipe perfected throughout the years at the Porterhouse Brewery. This gently flavoured Stout has a roast malt character, a slightly bitter twist with a full bodied aromatic flavour thanks to the Goldings hops.
A New England pale ale, hazy, fruity, hoppy, hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Chinook and Citra.
Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
I've done things you people wouldn't believe, drank Helles Lager off the shoulder of a Ryan. I watched the guy from D:Ream whitter in the dark with a can of Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain... Time for beer.
Big and juicy, full bodied medium cider delivering sweet naturally ripe apply goodness with perfectly balanced tannin making Windfall a easily quaï¬able cider.
This is no damson in distress! The juicy fruit, combined with our real cider apples creates a delicately sweet, full of flavour, medium bodied tipple with a soft apple nose.
Indulgent, sweetly satisfying cider. Burnt umber in colour, dark, bittersweet, warming Libertine is a rich, tannic cider with unusual depth. Satisfying, exotic and grown up (but a bit on the fringes)....wild, radical, brooding and delicious.
Cider with Blackberry has that added twist with the addition of Elderflower, to create a fruity taste with a floral aroma.
