We wanted to show some appreciation for a classic style that we have been really enjoying drinking recently. A cider produced using apples locally sourced across Ayrshire. We hate apples going to waste, so we turn unwanted apples into this cider. It is just the juice of freshly pressed Ayrshire apples with our yeast added to do its thing. Left for months, over the Ayrshire winter to ferment and mature. Nothing added! A medium dry cider using only this Victorian apple variety. Best known for its yellowy-golden appearance and rough skin like fine sandpaper.
