A medium dry cider using only this Victorian apple variety. Best known for its yellowy-golden appearance and rough skin like fine sandpaper. This rough exterior when bitten into reveals a dry flesh that presses to a complex juice which has sweetness and a sharp bite. This apple has maybe fallen out of favour however we think it leads to a great cider and we hope you agree. A little sweetness on the front palate. A long mellow and tasty finish with a long caramel ending.

A dry perry using the red-skinned half of our Very Perry out on its own and showing its full character. On the nose there is an oily volatility with a parma violet edge. On the palate there is an intensity with stewed pear and banana flavours but an almost rhubarb cleanness cutting through to a light bitter finish.

A medium dry cider made with Brown Snout single variety apples. Although Brown Snout is held in high regard it is not as widely grown as it’s reputation deserves. Harvest is late autumn as it matures slowly on the tree and keeps well. It is a medium bittersweet apple producing a reassuring and satisfying amber cider with moderate tannins and pleasing slightly dry aftertaste.
