A limited edition dry cider, this time of the Blue Label cider which has been aged for 60 days in a recently emptied whisky cask. Thanks to our friends at AD Rattray Whisky Shop in Kirkoswald, we were able to age our cider in an oak cask originally containing bourbon but more recently used to mature Arran whisky for 8 years.
