For this traditional English Bitter we used a base malt of Maris Otter, which brings biscuity notes as well as British grown Goldings hops with an English ale yeast strain which leaves a pleasantly fruity finish. A cask only release as part of the Canopy series where we explore more traditional style. Vegan friendly.
