Inspired by celebratory German Beer Fest Lagers, we have reimagined Wimbledon Helles-style Lager in cask format. Low and slow cask conditioning in our cold store builds soft and smooth carbonation. Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon hops bring hints of white grape and stone fruit.

The yeast strain used for the brewing of this American style pale ale is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops. SERIOUSLY FULL OF HOPS.

This tawny-coloured premium ale borrows sweet raisin, biscuit and dried-fruit notes from the crystal malt, while fresh, piney herbs emanate from the hops. Rich, smooth and elegant on the palate, it draws to a clean, satisfying finish with beautifully balanced bitterness. Hops: Target, Goldings, Northdown and Challenger.

A mildly tart sour beer emulating the flavours of the classic Greek yoghurt dip. A clean, vibrant, and zingy summer refresher. Straw yellow colour, hazy, white foamy head. Aroma of cucumber, mint, yogurt, lemon and lime citrus, light grainy malt. Creamy smooth mouthfeel but mildly tart lactic sourness. Light and dry finish with mellow bitterness and soft to medium carbonation.
