
A mix of Cascade and Chinook hops, this is a celebration of the modern-style pale ale, pioneered by Rooster's founding brewer, Sean Franklin. Aromas of citrus fruits and grapefruit give way to a quaffable level of bitterness. Vegan friendly.

Still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. It is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones, which has widespread appeal to repertoire drinkers.

This is a big, bold cask NEIPA. Heidleberg malt, coupled with plenty of oats and wheat for body and silky texture, has a great canary yellow colour. Hopped heavily with Mosaic, Eggers Special and Azacca, juicy tropical notes including guava, pineapple and peach. Fermented with London Fog yeast for that classic opaque haze. An all English seven grained stout, rich roasted coffee aroma, smooth and creamy with blackberry notes from Bramling Cross, Admiral and Golding hops.

An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.

Pale ale, full flavour and juicy with Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops. Vegan friendly.

Low bitter hop juice pale ale dry hopped with Mosaic and Azacca giving a tropical hop character. The addition of wheat and oats gives body and mouthfeel. Vegan friendly.
