In a nutshell, our unfiltered beer doesn’t undergo any extra filtration before it is packaged into kegs or cans. Sounds pretty simple right? Where it gets more complex (and exciting) is in the aromas, flavours and look of the beer. Bursting with natural flavour because the yeast and smaller proteins that would normally be removed are left in, giving the beer a more vibrant taste and a hazier appearance.

A dark, rich, velvety sweet milk stout with a pronounced body from a blend of 12 different malts. It's hopped with traditional subtle Hereford hops, and the nitrogenization leads to a long smooth finish.
