An accomplished, copper hued and easy drinking traditional English ale seasoned with Progress, Goldings and First Gold hops, followed by a later addition of Styrian Goldings in the boil to enhance both flavour and aroma. Full bodied with good mouthfeel, it has a delicate, biscuity malt backdrop skilfully overlaid with spicy, slightly resinous hop notes that develop on the tongue and culminate in a satisfyingly dry and tasty finish.
A chocolate tonka stout.
A golden fruity ale. The famous grapefruit hop Chinook gives this beer great citrus flavour with a satisfying, long lasting finish.
Next in our evolution brews. All Kiwi hop goodness in this session pale ale celebrates the family of Pacific Jade with its complex citrus and spice. Introducing the hop family, born from Pacific we have Nectaron and Waimea, expect mandarin orange and a tropical slice from new hop to BBF tanks Nectaron. All built on a clean Pilsner and Hana malt base, progressive meets classic malt platform. New Zealand make hops that fly in cask, simple.
This pale ale weaves together Mosaic, Simcoe and Idaho 7 to produce a proper pint of silky perfection. Brewed to celebrate the best of Macclesfield’s brewing scene in collaboration with Wincle, Storm and Bollington Brewing.
Like the Queen wearing dirty sneakers, it's traditionally British with a rock star twist of American hops, giving citrus and tropical fruit, a round body and a drink-me-faster bitterness.
Reveller is a celebration of Somerset! The generous apple aroma draws you into a crisp, refreshing cider with a tangy note of freshly squeezed lime in the finish. The gentle sparkle enhances the flavours giving a light, moreish cider - less bubbles means more apples.
