A traditional ale combining English and American hops. Straightforward best bitter style with a little dry hop (Chinook US) for a smooth aftertaste. Brewed to celebrate 250 years since Joseph Priestley discovered Oxygen near Calne, Wiltshire. Vegan friendly.
A classic British-style cask IPA created using the very best ingredients we can get our hands on and then fermenting it in our new Union set. For our base malt, we have used Maris Otter from Norfolk, a touch of Simpsons' best Crystal malt to add a touch of colour and rounded sweetness and some of the special (and expensive) Brewers' Invert No.2 sugar from Ragus, which will add notes of caramel and toffee while helping to keep the beer’s body in check. The all-important hops are British-grown Goldings and Northdown, which give us some gentle berry flavours and rounded, cedar-like hop aromas to balance the maltiness.
Full bodied stout, infused with Irish Cream flavouring post fermentation.
Welcome to the first instalment of the Western Seaboard Project, a new series of IPAs inspired by contemporary Pacific Coast beer culture. The focus of these beers is less on bitterness and more on crisp, paired back malt profiles with modern, ultra-vivid hop character. This beer features Mosaic, Citra and Strata. Vegan friendly.
This double dry hopped pale ale is saturated in Bru-1, Ella and Citra hops. Zingy, complex and full-bodied with flavours of tangerine, pineapple, rose water and grapefruit. Collaboration with Basqueland Brewing. Vegan friendly.
A low alcohol sessionable pale ale brewed with malted barley and rolled oats. Like our pale ales, hop aromas are the focus, with bitterness in balance. Hop varieties vary batch to batch. The version features Talus and Azacca hops. Please note that the ABV is usually around 3% ABV and can vary but the recipe is the same.
Hazy New Zealand IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief. Brewed in collaboration with our mates at Winckley Street Ale House, Preston, for Preston Pub Festival.
Saturated in Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7, this IPA is brimming with fruit bubblegum flavours of mango, orange peel, pineapple and ripe flat peaches.
SO is a new project highlighting specific hop varieties. Our latest release in the series is a celebration of Citra, showcased here in six forms: T90, BBC, Cryo, Lupomax, Dynaboost and Spectrum. Dank, pungent and intensely citrusy with flavours of pot, orange juice, tangerine and Buck’s Fizz. Vegan friendly.
We brewed this pale ale with silly amounts of Idaho 7, Motueka and Cashmere hops along with an experimental yeast strain known for creating beers with voluptuous body and ripe tropical fruit flavours.
