Only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used.
A medium craft cider bursting with the quintessential taste of the Herefordshire hedgerow. A rich blend of wild berries creates its deep crimson tone. The delicate strawberry nose comes through leaving the wonderful afternotes of the bramble blackberries finish.
Medium-dry, matured for 12 months. Made using Herefordshire Dabinnet apples and local apples within 10 mile radius of Yoxall.
The pale brown to amber medium bodied beer has a strong hop character. It's a bitter but with unconventional warm tones of malt that lingers on the palette, the complex malty flavours gives richness, balanced by the clean hoppy finish. A good session bitter brewed with local British hops picked from the farm seven miles down the road in Worcestershire - Fuggles, Goldings, Challenger and Progress.
A bright gold ale. A triple hopping of English First Gold gives powerful citrussy flavours and vinous aromas, however the malt grist of barley, wheat and lager gives plenty of body and sweetness which balances the assertive bitterness.

With a sweet edge, the freshly picked currants from the Whittern Estate complement the subtly perfected apple blend of Wyer Croft.
