A formidable strong ale which will appeal to the real hop lover. Perhaps more accurately described as an original style IPA, the beer is produced with Marris Otter pale malt and deploys the mighty Green Bullet hop to provide a hefty bitterness. Golden in colour the rich and fruity malt flavours are met head on by intense hop bitterness and aroma which give rise to a long lasting dry finish.
Cracking New Zealand pale, more late hops than you can shake a stick at and because we felt like it we dry hopped it as well. Made with pale malt and a touch of wheat to give it a creamy head, then hopped using New Zealand’s finest to give a tropical fruit and lime peel aroma.
Brewed using Maris Otter pale malt combined with touch of wheat malt, the bitterness is provided by fruity Challenger and aromatic Styrian Golding hops. A true session bitter, the zesty hops providing a lasting bitter finish.
The pale brown to amber medium bodied beer has a strong hop character. It's a bitter but with unconventional warm tones of malt that lingers on the palette, the complex malty flavours gives richness, balanced by the clean hoppy finish. A good session bitter brewed with local British hops picked from the farm seven miles down the road in Worcestershire - Fuggles, Goldings, Challenger and Progress.
A dry hoppy light coloured beer brewed with low colour malted barley and a touch of caramalt. Brewed to a low gravity to keep it highly quaffable this light ale uses hop rather than malt to flavour. We use the powerful New Zealand Green Bullet and Styrian goldings to ensure a crisp hoppy flavour.
Butty Bach is Welsh meaning ‘little friend’. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.
A thirst quenching straw coloured pale ale. Brewed using Maris Otter pale malt combined with touch of wheat malt, the bitterness is provided by fruity Challenger and aromatic Styrian Golding hops. A true session bitter, the delicate malt sweetness is amply compensated by the zesty hops providing a lasting bitter finish that demands another pint.
