Originally called “Cairnpapple”, this classic Alechemy recipe has been renamed “Ritual”. Ritual is a well-balanced light coloured refreshing IPA with a floral aroma leading to a lingering citrus taste.
A light, session-strength pale ale featuring a host of awesome European hops. From Germany, newer varieties Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina Bavaria, with their tropical fruit and tangerine notes, are paired with two traditional hops (Perle and Tettnang) which provide a herbal and slightly spicy character. Aramis, from the Alsace region in France, is used as a dry-hop addition to bring further herbal, citrus and spicy notes to the aroma.
A session strength, Irish style red ale with a big dose of hops. Well rounded and balanced with a caramel malt flavour alongside hop and roasted grain aromas.
A tea-infused American Pale Ale brewed with Cascade hops, giving citrus aromas and a refreshing bitterness that perfectly complement the flavours of orange and lemon peel provided by the tea.
