A simple, well balanced ruby ale. Smooth, malty and sweet, good body with plenty of hoppy aroma - not so dark, not so strong, not so bitter - just right.
Brewed using Challenger and Pioneer hops from the UK with Crystal and Chocolate Malts to produce this robust, full bodied ale. The nose has Roast Coffee, Gingerbread and Chocolate. The palate is of Currant Fruit and Molasses becoming creamier towards the long warming finish.
Light and juicy dry hopped pale. Hop notes of coconut, lime and tropical fruit.
Leezie Lundie is brewed using Savinjski Styrian Golding hops from Slovenia, to produce a fruity, pale golden, thirst quenching session ale. The nose has grapefruit and pine which slowly opens up to give a delicate sweet maltiness. The palate is full and creamy with a long refreshing finish.
An edgy take on a classic Scottish 80 shilling ale. Similar to an English bitter ale, Wee Jock is a full-on sessionable brew, blasted with flavour, a toffee nose and a spicy wee aftertaste.
