Swordfish has a gentle rum aroma and features dark, unrefined sugar adding a rich smoothness. It is a full-bodied, deep copper coloured ale with a base of crystal malt and delicate Fuggles and Goldings hops.
Morland Old Golden Hen is brewed using the finest pale malts and the rare galaxy hop to give a light golden colour, subtle tropical fruit notes and a deliciously smooth finish.
Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.

First launched in 1959, it's still brewed with the same passion and pride today - and the age-old recipe continues to go down a storm. Brewed with the finest malt and hops, HSB imparts the rich, soft-fruit flavours of traditional Dundee cake. It's a tawny, russet coloured beer, with malt and raisin on the nose - and a gentle sweetness that lingers long into the silky smooth finish.
