Kolsch bier brewed with ginger and lemongrass, for that thirst quenching summer drinking. Hops used Saaz, Magnum, Cashmere and aged Dr. Rudi, then lagered at 5 degrees C for 45 days.
Inspired by the Belgian Framboise style, we refermented our base golden sour beer on Scottish tayberries (a cross between raspberries and blackberries) harvested 12 from miles from the brewery. This beer combines a blend of two golden sour beers, brewed with local Scottish barley, wheat and oats, and fermented with multiple Brettanomyces and bacteria strains. A framboise style is traditionally brewed with raspberries, we used tayberries to showcase their intense raspberry character, pinkish red hue and huge aroma. Vegan friendly.
Batch 6 of our small batch series: blueberry stack is a dark, rich, and fruity mead. Made with blueberry juice, maple and honey, it brings together deep berry flavors with balanced sweetness and tannins with a subtle malty depth, layered like a classic pancake stack.
A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops and the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base and hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin, grapefruit. It finishes crisp and clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.

One of our absolute staples and favourite beers to brew - a strong New England IPA. This is a classic East Coast juicy, hazy beer packed with Galaxy, Citra, Strata, Sabro and CTZ. Bursting at the seams with overripe pineapple, pungent tropical fruits and a super dank aroma. Vegan friendly.
Aromas of fresh cold brew coffee coupled with flavours of roast and chocolate and balanced delicately with a lactose derived sweetness. A creamy full mouthfeel enhanced by dissolved nitrogen. Contains lactose.
