Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.
A beautiful mild based on a popular traditional Welsh dark beer. With five malts and British hops.
A rich, decadent imperial stout brewed with an array of specialty malts and panela sugar, and additions of black gold coffee, cacao nibs, and maple syrup. Collaboration with Coaltown Coffee to celebrate our 1st anniversary.
A golden stout inspired by a childhood favourite chocolate bar. Jameson whiskey soaked cacao nibs, toasted coconut and raspberries. Single hopped with Sabro for that extra coconut hit.
This is a milkshake sour like no other. We’ve taken everything you love about a thick, juicy sour and cranked it up a dozen notches. Outrageously thick and packed to the brim with blueberries, blackberries and cherries among mountains of vanilla ice cream, sprinkles, whipped cream, fudge-dipped pretzels, caramel, and crushed cookies. Contains lactose.
Kolsch bier brewed with ginger and lemongrass, for that thirst quenching summer drinking. Hops used Saaz, Magnum, Cashmere and aged Dr. Rudi, then lagered at 5 degrees C for 45 days.
Session IPA, packed to the brim with flavour. A simple clean malt bill with Maris Otter and Oats for that lovely mouthfeel. Packed with Mosaic and Citra hops. Expect notes of tropical citrus and stone-fruits.
The brewer’s footwear special IPA dry hopped with Citra and Talus.
Aromas of fresh cold brew coffee coupled with flavours of roast and chocolate and balanced delicately with a lactose derived sweetness. A creamy full mouthfeel enhanced by dissolved nitrogen. Contains lactose.
A classic Bavarian weissbier. Intense estery aromas of banana and pear. Subdued clove character. Just a wheat beer straight up. Vegan friendly.
A Czech Pils with a sturdy malt backbone, noble hop character. Effervescent and moreish.
A nitro summer fruit sour infused with strawberry, redcurrant and sweet cherry. Collaboration with Dark Element Brew.
A sensational single-variety cider made using the best locally grown Harry Masters Jersey apples (a type near perfect for single variety cider). A complex, bittersweet variety with huge flavour that help make this a medium-dry cider that hits all the right notes.
It’s strong. It’s full bodied. It’s the drink that every Dabinett apple wants to become – especially since it bagged Great Taste Awards in 2016, 2018 and 2022! And where many ciders are lucky to mature for 6 months, this is aged for a year.
A full bodied sweet cyder with a tannic bite.
