We kept the base recipe true to Steady Rolling Man. From mash in up to the end of fermentation. We then substituted the Steady dry hop charge for 100% Motueka hops. Hopefully you can get some aspects of Steady peaking through. But the spotlight is on Motueka in all it's limey glory. Limes limes limes! A sensational single variety Dabinett from the cool, rainy 2023 season. The vintage is a more mellow, tropical take on Dabinett than hotter years. The cider is soft and juicy, with gentle flavour and a very drinkable quality. Still recognisably Dabinett with good tannic structure, but more like apricot than bitter orange fruit character.
