We went big on the hops here with lots of Simcoe, Chinook and Columbus for a classic take on the West Coast IPA style. We went big on bitterness too, to balance out the malt body. Brewed in collaboration with West St Alehouse.
A wholesome best bitter designed to be true to this iconic beer style, with only a few respectful tweaks. Expect biscuit and caramel flavours from our malts, balanced by English hops with grassy, herbal and citrus notes and refreshing bitterness. Everything is lifted by just a touch of Cascade in the dry-hop.
This is the cask version of our American Pale Ale, it's delicious and smooth. Mega hoppy beer with the citrus and pine of the best of yank pales. Easy drinking but not low on flavour. Balance is our mission here. Has a slightly lower ABV than the keg. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
This grown up fruit salad is as colourful as the most hideous Hawaiian shirt you've ever seen. It's super juicy and crammed full of fruity hop flavours that will have your mouth watering. Packed full of American hops, amplified by peach, passionfruit, pineapple and mango flavours. Previously called Clwb Tropicana.
An evolution of, in our humble opinion, one of the best session sours we've ever made. This tart and refreshing Cloudy Lemonade is bursting with citrus flavours from fresh lemon juice and zest. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops pair perfectly with the zingy character of our mixed fermentation base beer, creating a light and crushable, vegan friendly sour rounded off with lingering sweetness.
Not brewed to 'dry stout'-style, per se, but a stout that is dry. Light-bodied but not thin, with more prominent kettle-hopping and then dry-hopping to add some brightness and contrast to the roasty, biscuity, and savoury character of the dark malts. This version features Mosaic hops. Please note that the ABV varies from batch to batch but is usually between 4.3-4.8%.
Seven years of pioneering hazy beers and a blend of hand-selected hops combine in a recipe based on our 2018–2020 Signature Pale. Vegan friendly.
Lovingly referred to as the 'tangbomb' this lip moreish number is awash with tropical pineapple flavours, balanced with a light touch of citric acid from the lemon.
A deliciously light, fruity and moreish fresh pressed hazy cider. This best seller carries an abundant appley aroma to the nose. With more than a hint of citrus and berry delicately balanced against the apple sweetness on the palate.
A cloudy, fruity and authentic perry. A labour of love, it evokes a true sense of our rural surroundings.
An award-winning light ale brewed with three malts and three hops. Generous late hopping provides Seville orange aromas and the initial malt sweetness is dominated by citrus flavours which explode on the palate. Brewed with plenty of malt to provide decent body, so it has some backbone for a low ABV beer. There's also a pronounced bitterness throughout.
Blonde ale single hopped with Czech Kazbek hop for refreshing zesty lemon, lime and grapefruit flavours with delicate lemon aroma.
A very pale ale, brewed using Citra hops. Amazing grapefruit and light mango nose, bitter hoppy citrus taste, with a bitter grapefruit and light passion fruit finish.
Traditional bitterness meets a twist of citrus in this clean, contemporary take on a classic.
A classic British-style cask IPA created using the very best ingredients we can get our hands on and then fermenting it in our new Union set. For our base malt, we have used Maris Otter from Norfolk, a touch of Simpsons' best Crystal malt to add a touch of colour and rounded sweetness and some of the special (and expensive) Brewers' Invert No.2 sugar from Ragus, which will add notes of caramel and toffee while helping to keep the beer’s body in check. The all-important hops are British-grown Goldings and Northdown, which give us some gentle berry flavours and rounded, cedar-like hop aromas to balance the maltiness.
