A classic recipe from 2005. A well hopped retro American pale ale. Collaboration with Evening Star and Rob Jones.

We initially made the nitrogenised version so we could have a nitro stout in our Taproom, but the beer has been so warmly received that we're now brewing it regularly. If you know anything about Kernel, you'll know we love to iterate, experiment and expand our understanding, so a London stout derivative was always inevitable. They taste surprisingly similar, there's more of a tickle/prickle on the cask version, yet the carbonation is still light, a touch sweeter and more fruity.

A soft and juicy session IPA loaded with, Strata, Ctira and various other hops. Ripe tropical fruits and zesty citrus burst forth with every sip, all underpinned by a pillowy malt base. Gluten free.

A delightful pale ale created to showcase the magical world of flavour and aroma contained within South Pacific hops. The soft, smooth and creamy mouthfeel sparkles into life with Enigma and Motueka hops. Expect a minerality similar to that of a great white wine, with a touch of lemon zest, redcurrant and grape juice. Vegan friendly.

Gentle and balanced, Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and is gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang. Vegan friendly.

New Zealand hopped pale ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops. Bready, grainy and mild toffee malt flavours with tropical fruit, gooseberry and zingy citrus hop flavours and aromas. Previously called Te Tau Ihu. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
