A Porter in the classic London style with our own twist. Aromas of chocolate and coffee with hints of caramel, brewed with British East Kent Goldings hops.
Traditionally brewed with pale, crystal and chocolate malted barley and selected Herefordshire whole hops. A copper bronzed ale with hints of toffee and vanilla. The finish is malty and nutty with a gentle sweet finish.
One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Mosaic hops from the USA. Described as pale blonde with a spicy fresh nose, a bitter sharp grapefruit flavour, and a bitter intense finish.
Session strength Passionfruit APA hopped with Columbus, Comet, Mosaic and Simcoe.
One of the best American pale ales in the UK, rich with tropical fruit and malt.
Our take on the most popular German beer style. Crisp, dry and light with enough subtle fruit character to be a real crowd pleaser. The Helles lager style is drenched in tradition but this is very much a contemporary tasting lager. At 4.7% this is a mid range premium lager that makes an impact.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Smooth and sophisticated mango cider made with an ample portion of mango juice and Somerset cider.
