We invited David over from Chin Chin for our 3rd collaboration. This classic American Pale ale is brewed using pale, extra pale, Vienna and oat malt, then hopped with the fantastic El Dorado, Comet and Citra hops. It delivers a wonderful pineapple, grapefruit and tropical flavour, that keeps you coming back for more. Collaboration with Chin Chin.

A session IPA showcasing the amazing new hop; Dolcita! Bursting out the glass with soft tropical aroma, think ripe peach, citrus zest and a hint of candied melon. The palate stays light and snappy thanks to the gluten-free malt base, letting layers of juicy stone fruit, caramalised pineapple and sherbet-like citrus do all the talking. Double dry-hopped with liquid Dolcita Spectrum and Dolcita hops, it's saturated but still dangerously drinkable. The finish is crisp, zesty and gently bitter, leaving a lingering citrus hum. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Our take on a Kolsch Style lager. Brewed using the finest German premium pilsner malt, a touch of Vienna malt to add a balanced sweetness. Hopped with Saaz hops which gives this beer a light citrus and floral note, then fermented with a Kolsch strain of yeast, and cold conditioned for a couple of weeks.

At a sessionable ABV, this pale ale is packed with citrus notes thanks to its zesty hop profile as well as lemon zest and HopPlus Grapefruit IPA extract. Using Comet, Citra and Cascade hops help amp up the fresh flavours of the lemon, helping us make a refreshing iteration of our well-loved Citrus Pale.
