Voted supreme champion of the Maltings Beer Festival immediately after its launch in 1994, this classic premium ale continues to win many accolades. Traditionally brewed with pale, crystal and chocolate malted barley and selected Herefordshire whole hops. A copper bronzed ale with hints of toffee and vanilla. The finish is malty and nutty with a gentle sweet finish.
Golden yellow in colour with a rich smooth full fruity palate including tangy orange zest with cherry and elderflower notes plus a mellow after taste. The nose is delightfully hoppy and tempting.
A cornerstone of our range of real ales, this chestnut-coloured wonder is a mouthwatering example of a cask-conditioned bitter. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Target and Goldings hops, Wye Valley Bitter has a delicate hoppy aroma leading on to a full malty flavour and ending in a crisp, clean bitter finish.
Dark black and red in colour, with a complex mixture of chocolate and roast flavours. The use of two different hops, gives the beer a complex feel and smooth finish.
