Brewed to a traditional recipe using Yorkshire water and 100% British malts from high up at our home on Cragg Vale. An icon of British brewing this bitter contains crystal and caramel malts for a malty sweetness with a copper glow. Perle hops mildly bitter this brew adding subtle floral and spice notes with mosaic bringing a light citrussy finish.
