We've updated the recipe slightly for this batch, reducing the bitterness and amplifying the hop flavours. We've updated the yeast from Verdant IPA, which we’ve used for most of our pales over the last couple of years, to London III for extra fruity IPA vibes. These tweaks make the hops sing and the fruit flavours come forwards to create an altogether softer beer. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!
A smooth medium-dry cider that has a complex taste journey. With a single-apple flavour, it is slightly tart and sour. It's the blend of the bittersweet cider apples, grown and pressed in Herefordshire, that gives Appleshed Original its unique, thirst-quenching taste.
We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.

With good bitter sweet balance, this beer has a subtle hop character described as citrus and spicy. It's a refreshing and very satisfying pint - noted for the aroma of its Fuggle hops and the dry hopping of Bramling Cross to add to its characteristic Theakston aroma.

Our flagship session IPA is a crisp, bright, west coast style session. All of that grapefruit peel, lemon and lime on the nose. Tropical and citrus fruits dominate, with hints of pine and a touch blueberry, balanced by its complex malt base and a solid carbonation. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
New England detuned. This full-tilt fruit machine of an IPA packs all the flavour but less of the alcohol. Notes of pineapple,mango, stone-fruit, and a hint of tangerine to mix it up. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a smooth juicy hit.
