A lovely hazy pale ale with a straw yellow, fluffy oat leaning body and a tirade of orange flesh, slightly dank, and a little bit floral flavours from the generous hop additions of experimental hop HBC522, referred to by our suppliers as "Super Centennial". Sitting at an ABV where good hops do some of their best work and fermented out with nice juicy peachy esters remaining, this balanced little number is very much brewed with drinking pints in mind. The latest incarnation of our Moon series of stouts is a decadent coffee and vanilla latte - but without the lactose. 15kg of coffee was infused with a cold brew technique to get all the coffee flavours and aromas without the bitterness. Vanilla balances everything out before losing yourself in the glorious bitter finish provided by the Huell Melon hops we added late in the boil. We love it. Vegan friendly.
