A golden NEIPA brewed from pale, oat and Cara malts. Low bitterness, but generously hopped with Idaho and Cashmere to give tropical fruit aromas. The use of a New England yeast strain enhances the tropical fruit character and results in a slight haze.
A well balanced copper coloured session ale, light and refreshing. Hops: Brewers Gold, Perle and Northdown.
Darker than the mothership it lives in. Settle down in your comfy wing back chair and savour a classic hopped indulgence. We really do separate the wheat from the chaff with this warming, rich Porter, lovingly composed using de-husked grain. Not at all bitter, shamelessly moreish.

Made with 100 % freshly picked apples, we use traditional methods and minimum intervention, the hard work is at the start of the process ensuring only the best quality apples are used. Hand-picked, sorted, washed and pressed. Slow maturation gives full flavour and clarity. Our ciders are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, our process does not use finning agents. We add sulphite but keep this to a minimum.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
