Loosely means Summer Beer (taken from Czech and Italian). Originally brewed for the Summer season but due to overwhelming popularity it is now permanent. A pale, dry, citrus, hoppy session ale.
A premium strength, summery ale, a wonderful golden amber beer with a zingy, fresh hop aroma reminiscent of warm sun kissed days. A wonderful balance of pale, cara and crystal malts all blend for a perfectly smooth and deliciously quaffable ale.
Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. A rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.
A deep malt and hoppy aroma with liquorice throughout. Roast malt, fruit and hops also carry through this full bodied stout.
The marrying of these three flavours, sloe, gin and cider culminate with the characteristics of a fruity cider punch.
Cuba meets Somerset. Refreshing raspberry, fresh mint and crisp Somerset cider make this an invigorating summer refresher. Sweet yet tangy, aromatic, and flavourful. Serve over ice with fresh raspberries and mint.
We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.
Sweet but incredibly refreshing with a glorious fresh tasting pear flavour and a wonderful pear aroma.
Smooth and sophisticated mango cider made with an ample portion of mango juice and Somerset cider.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Brewed just like how they do it in the American West, this one if full of tropical, refreshing flavours and a dry, crisp bitterness. Amber and clear with an enchanting elderflower and orange aroma, we’ve dry hopped with loads of Mosaic and Ekuanot for grapefruit and orange pith flavours.
Our strongest regular brew, an amber Extra Special Bitter.
Big, fruity and citrussy, this classic West Coast IPA has all the heftiness of the mysterious rock formations found across the landscape of the Peak District. Thankfully, it’s also a lot easier to raise to your lips. Vegan friendly.
American pale ale packed with Centennial, Chinook and Cascade giving citrus flavours with hints of sweetness and a subtly bitter grapefruit finish.
A refreshingly light session IPA, fruity and starring an international cast of hops - Styrian Wolf, Styrian Dragon, Citra and Jester.
A modern re-creation of a Victorian porter from Wilsons brewery. Hopped with Northern Gold and Goldings for a British hoppy bite and fermented with yeast traced back to Boddingtons brewery in Manchester. Roasty, dry with a hoppy berry note.
Dry hopped extra pale ale. If crafting a devilishly extra pale ale, full of sinfully crisp malt and angelic aromatic hops is a cardinal sin, we plead guilty as charged. Vegan friendly.
A deep, dark, characterful porter with notes of fresh coffee grinds and treacle. Vegan friendly.
Like all hatchets, ours is the consummate outdoorsy all-rounder. Half the alcohol of our flagship IPA Axe Edge, but still deceptively big on that iconic hoppy, citrusy flavour, making it the perfect session IPA. Vegan friendly.
With its dark appearance and full-bodied taste, this is a robust beer which boasts a complex blend of malt and hop flavours, balanced by a smooth and satisfying finish, and reflects our glorious Peak District surroundings. Vegan friendly.
Light and refreshing pale ale with a fruity finish. Proceeds from each sale will go SNAP Charity in Brentwood. Gluten free.
A light, hoppy IPA with tangerine traces through citrusy hops.
There’s more to this refreshing pale ale than meets the eye. Bursting with modern hops yet light, highly drinkable and gluten free. Maybe we should’ve called it The Holy Dale. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
Crafted with ultra-modern hops from the UK and USA, this refreshingly smooth drinking New England IPA evokes nostalgic images of fluffy clouds at Featherbed Moss above Buxton in the height of summer. Vegan friendly.
Defying predictability, just like the Peak District weather, we’ve crossed a full-bodied milk stout with sinfully rich peanut butter decadence to create a true adventurous palate pleaser. Contains lactose.
A light refreshing pale ale with zingy zesty fruit flavours. A crisp, dry and hoppy finish.
