Strong, dark treacle coloured porter, with Bramling Cross hops and a malty finish. An ale that harks back to 18th century London. Descended from brown beer, porter is a well hopped beer made from dark roasted malt.
A hazy, fruit-forward IPA brewed with a generous addition of wheat malt to enhance body and cloudiness. Bursting with punchy aromas from Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo and Mosaic hops, it offers vibrant fruit notes while maintaining a smooth, low bitterness for a balanced and refreshing experience. A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.

Named after its home state, Idaho 7 has a really interesting hop profile bringing orange citrus, marmalade, juicy tropical and sticky pine. We have partnered Idaho 7 with a second American hop in the shape of Ahtanum, a sweet, piney hop. This will be light gold pint with a full body, exceptional colour, a hint of biscuity flavours and a smooth bitterness.
Defying predictability, just like the Peak District weather, we’ve crossed a full-bodied milk stout with sinfully rich peanut butter decadence to create a true adventurous palate pleaser. Contains lactose.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
Double hopped light golden IPA.
Delicate and refreshing extra pale ale. Easy drinking with subtle notes of tropical fruit, citrus and pine on the nose, a beautifully soft mouthfeel and a satisfying crisp finish. Hops: Citra and Ekuanot.
American-style red/amber ale is typical of the early craft movement. Complex malt character driven by dark crystal malts, Maris Otter pale malts, and a small addition of black treacle.
