This tawny-coloured premium ale borrows sweet raisin, biscuit and dried-fruit notes from the crystal malt, while fresh, piney herbs emanate from the hops. Rich, smooth and elegant on the palate, it draws to a clean, satisfying finish with beautifully balanced bitterness. Hops: Target, Goldings, Northdown and Challenger.

Pale ale with Willamette and Tettnang bringing tropical fruit, mango, and floral aromas with a hint of spice, while Cascade adds a burst of fresh grapefruit citrus. Challenger and Pilgrim contribute a subtle herbal backbone, complemented by a touch of orange peel from First Gold. A well-rounded body is balanced by a dry, lingering bitterness.

An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.

Rich amber in colour with superb fruity aromas which are complemented by a delicious blend of malty tastes. Toffee and malt combine with bitterness on the back of the tongue to give a balanced sweetness followed by a refreshingly dry finish.

Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Hazy fruity IPA with soft tropical fruit aroma and taste, grapefruit and citrus with hints of lemon, orange and coconut. Easy drinking with pine, resin hop and hints of woody, spicy hop.

This is quite simply a perfectly-executed session IPA. The aroma is hoppy, balanced between tropical and grapefruit notes, and at 4% it’s a truly sessionable beer.

A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on.
