Our house Best Bitter. A complex malt base with Abbey malt and Carared from Weyermann brings raisin, fruitcake and biscuit. Tango and Ariana hops accentuate the sweet notes in the malt with tropical zest and green fruit whilst bringing a tangerine, marmalade and resinous bitterness. Vegan friendly.

It's Gurt, it's rum, it's coconutty. A silky, supple and comforting gentle giant of a beer, full of oaty goodness, matured in rum casks to give a rum coconut depth of character that makes this an enchanting beer.
A grist of extra pale and oats give us a lean malt profile. This pale ale was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Centennial and then dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, Idaho 7 and Simcoe for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness.
Thousandth commercial brew celebartion - a big, juicy, dank IPA. For this landmark brew we've loaded up a soft, oaty malt bill with Cashmere, Strata and our old friend Mosaic and fermented it on our trusty house yeast. Vegan friendly.

A traditional strong dry farmhouse cider, stored in oak barrels on the farm over winter. The old fashioned saying is you never tap the barrel until you've heard the cuckoo. We use mixed organic cider fruit from our ancient orchards to deliver a strong, complex flavour.
A medium organic perry with a juicy pear taste and delicate wine finish. Light in colour, complex in flavour and refreshing to drink. It features a blend of the evocative sounding Longdon, Hendre Huffcap and Butt perry pears.
A medium dry cider made with a blend of wild (spontaneously) fermented bittersweet cider apples. A touch of sweeter green apple flavour with the robust ripe red apple character of all our ciders with full body and mouthfeel. Vintage Perry pear varietals like Blakeney Red, Gin, Oldfield and Red Longden give an off dry slightly honeyed citrus combo with glimpses of rhubarb and gooseberry with hints of elderflower and melon. Fully fermented dry cider made with a Herefordshire orchard blend. A tangy ripe apple flavour with full body and mouthfeel. Please note the ABV changes with each batch.
A cider featuring the Sheep's Nose cider apple and other Jersey apples. It's a sweet cider with pronounced soft astringency and bitterness. Autumnal ripe apple with a full mouthfeel. A tribute to bittersweet cider fruit.
Our special, seasonal Mulled spiced cider is made from a secret recipe of whole cinnamon, Star anise, ginger, some allspice berries and a hint of clove. All blended with our Medium Organic award winning cider is simply delicious. Enjoy warm.
