Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
Session IPA brewed with fresh Highland water, Scottish craft malted barley, a touch of wheat, and heaps of juicy Cashmere and Huell Melon hops. The hops we use have peach and apricot aromas which pair exquisitely with all the peach puree we add to the beer in conditioning before filling casks.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.
Pleasantly bitter, red coloured session beer with a smoothness that belies its aggressive ancestors! A brilliant ruby red colour, deliciously perfumed with hints of spiciness. Rich hop fruits giving way to a clean dry refreshing floral hop bitterness.
A pale straw colour. Refreshing citrus flavours dominate the palate with hints of Brioche and fresh bread, giving way to a clean refreshing hoppy aftertaste.
Blonde ale clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Citrus-fruity and slightly piney and herbal hoppy aroma.
