Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. Tropical and citrus fruit flavours and aromas with mango and passion fruit to the fore, hints of melon and a complex grapefruit bitterness. Plus the spicy bitterness typical of a red rye ale.
