A single hop pale ale. Full of malty, light, toffee flavours from Norfolk's finest Maris Otter malt. It has grapefruit, citrus and uplifting hop aromas from the British Jester hop.

Red rye ale brewed with Olicana (a sister to Jester), another of the new wave UK hop varieties exhibiting pronounced New World characteristics. Tropical and citrus fruit flavours and aromas with mango and passion fruit to the fore, hints of melon and a complex grapefruit bitterness. Plus the spicy bitterness typical of a red rye ale.
