Single hopped pale ale with Eureka hops that are said to impart flavours of blackcurrant, dark fruit, strong herbal notes, pine tree, mint, pungent, light grapefruit rind, 'Simcoe like', 'Summit like', citrus and tangerine.

A full bodied, rich, dark mild. Roast barley flavours dominate the palate and lead to a subtle well balanced finish.

The first of our Brewery Session series to feature two different experimental hops; CF270 and CF310. Expect bold fruity flavours of peach and tropical fruits along with notes of blackcurrant and pine in this pale ale.

A rich golden coloured ale, with Simcoe and Amarillo blending to give aromas of nectarine and stone fruits, whilst the combination of Calypso and Amarillo in the early stages gives flavours of candied fruits and a long-ish bitter finish. Brewed to celebrate our 2000th Gyle.

A full bodied dark mild with a malt and roast aroma, rich mouthfeel and a complex taste including roast malt and molasses.

This is a refreshing hoppy ale, the aroma is lemony with a good citrus bitter taste. It's a fantastic session ale!

A highly drinkable, refreshing pale golden ale with a great balance between the citrusy brightness of Cascade and the earthy, floral notes of First Gold.
