61 metres. That’s the depth of the well at the Brewery that gives this refreshing pale ale its name The five American and Australian hops give it its fresh, zesty aroma, whilst the tropical fruit and citrus notes make it extremely drinkable. Dive in.
There are bucketsful (literally) of El Dorado and Simcoe (plus some Centennial) in this new USA hopped pale, backed up by Maris Otter pale malt and plenty of golden oats. Aromas of pear and ripe water melon, flavour of clementines, balanced with sweet, biscuity malt and a soft bitterness at the finish. A Hop Slam is a combination of two beers, one brewed with leaf hop and one with T90 hop pellets before the two are blended together to give a flamboyant slam of hop flavours.

Leffe Blonde is a classic Abbey beer with smooth and well balanced fruity, warming flavours. The beer has hints of quince, gooseberry, bitter cherry and apple flavours together with hints of cloves, nutmeg and allspice.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
