This American-style red ale has a burst of citrus, floral and tropical flavour, balanced by its complex malt characteristics of rye, caramel and spice resulting in a refreshingly dry finish.
This is our smooth easy drinking traditional English ale which is chestnut in colour and light on the pallet. The sweetness comes from biscuit and caramel malts balanced with a selection of English hops. Brewed in conjunction with Surrey Wildlife Trust to help protect the habitat of the Hazelnut Dormice which live in the woods behind the brewery.
This Suspended is back with one of our favourite hops! Alongside bags of Simcoe, a touch of Ekuanot and Mosaic help to push big, punchy tropical and citrus aromas. Flavour-wise it's everything you expect from Simcoe, with mango, passionfruit and plenty of fresh hop, pine and resinous notes. Flaked wheat and oat contribute to a smooth and soft mouthfeel.
Our award-winning red “India Pale Ale” relies on crystal malt for its glorious red colour and toasty sweet flavours. Perle and Centennial hops create a smooth but punchy bitterness that leaves you wanting more.
An easy drinking golden-copper coloured bitter with the primary focus being on its delicious roasted malt profile. The hops are on the citrus side of the spectrum and have been purposefully kept subtle to create interest and balanced bitterness but not overwhelm the overall flavour. Gluten free.
A delicate, drinkable and packed full of flavour table beer. A base of Extra Pale Maris Otter combined with wheat and oats provide a fulfilling but fairly crisp finish. Mosaic and Loral offer up beautiful aromas of salted lime, fleshy peach and subtle floral notes. Mosaic then leads the flavour with kiwi fruit, lemon zest and honeydew melon. The name takes inspiration from trips to Sweden, where a lower strength beer is a folkol, or people’s beer.
Our new English lager. Old style lager but with greater depth of flavour and aroma. Matured for over a month for a deeper flavour.
An Old English Ale. A dark, full flavoured beer, brewed to acknowledge the legend of the Chobham Treacle Mines. Burnt toffee and liquorice on the nose, caramel and dark fruits on the tongue.
Wandle was the first beer that we brewed back in 2008. Now multi-award winning, it is a delicious, balanced best bitter. Brewed with Maris Otter pale malt, Fuggles, Goldings and Boadicea hops and finished with our unique yeast strain this beer is ideal for any occasion.
A traditional English bitter brewed using water from the Hampshire chalk hills. Full and clean tasting, initially malty then tangerine fruit and resinous hop build to a quenching bitter finish.
Pale and hoppy, this modern classic uses the new American hops, Citra for vibrant citrus flavour and Chinook for piney backbone. A new session beer.
