Goldings hops finish off the fruitcake-like flavours with hints of earthy bitter orange. Complex, balanced and incredibly drinkable. Previously known as Special Ale.

A classic gose is fizzy refreshing and lemony tart but not super sour with a twist of salt at the end. Our version has over 5kg of locally sourced gooseberries pureed and added after the main fermentation had finished. They have a fresh rounded slightly sharp flavour that lifts this beer to another level. We brewed it using Philly Sour yeast and it came in at a nice refreshing and sessionable strength.

The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

Featuring our first exploration of the Subzero Hop Kief concentrated hop product, this pale ale is fully bursting at the seams with as much Motueka, Rakau and Limequat Hop Kief we could pack into a beer of this strength and not fall off the cliff into unbalanced territory. Featuring a kaleidoscope of flavour, including but not limited to ultra-ripe stone fruits, passionfruit, bright lime, kumquat and juicy tangerines, this pale is doesn't just push into IPA flavour intensity, it gives a forceful shove.
