A punchy, fragrant APA with a huge Columbus burst that complements the smooth malt bill.
A combination of chocolate and damsons with a hint of vanilla supported by underlying roast malt. Complex flavours yield to hops for a mildly bitter dry after taste.
Our most traditional core beer is inspired by a Manchester stalwart; a fondly-remembered original. Speciality malt gives the deep golden colour and robust base, balanced by crisp bitterness and a floral, lemony aroma.
Roger Wilkins and his family have been producing proper traditional cider from their farm in Mudgley for generations. This hazy, smooth, oak matured cider is CAMRA award winning.
Medium-dry, matured for 12 months. Made using Herefordshire Dabinnet apples and local apples within 10 mile radius of Yoxall.
Surprisingly smooth with light toffee and caramel characters, a mixture of floral and spicy hop notes and a pleasing bitter finish.
A beautiful UK hopped session pale ale, and like a peloton this is designed to keep you going all day, with a crisp refreshing taste. With a floral, grassy aroma and spicy, lime taste, this is not one to miss!
Session IPA single-hopped with US Idaho 7 hops. T90 Idaho 7 pellets during the boil for bitterness and aroma then CRYO DDH'd for that intense citrus aroma and taste.
We have focussed on one of our favourite hops; Simcoe. Bucking the trend of juicy hazy pales we have created a crisp, dry and light everyday sessionable beer. We love the piney resinous and citrus nature of Simcoe hops which pairs wonderfully with the passionfruit notes from Mosaic.
