
Based on a 19th century recipe, this traditional beekeepers ale is light in colour with fruity notes and a hint of sweetness to compliment the dry hoppy taste. Brewed using our own natural spring water, 100% Maris Otter floor malted barley, top fermenting ale yeast, specially selected honeys and pure English hops.

Gold coloured beer with a pleasant lemon, white grape and slightly bready nose. Taste reflects the nose with some astringency as the hops kick in.

Brewed as a sister beer to our fabulous Plum Porter this lightly hopped, dark red, fruity beer is powerful. The sweet cherry cuts through and is reminiscent to a cherry Bakewell tart! Hops: Celeia, Goldings, Herkules and Pilgrim.

The snuffly hedge grog is a pale ale full of hop flavour and brewed with Columbus and Lubelski hops to give this beer a complex flavour of floral and citrus notes. Locally sourced Maris Otter malting barley is used to brew this beer which has become a firm favourite and permanent beer.

Three Brit hops with distinct New World characteristics combine in this pale ale. The spicy, aromatic, blackcurrant and lemon notes of Bramling Cross work brilliantly with the intense tropical and citrus flavours and complex bitterness of Jester and Olicana.
