Our spin on a traditional Vienna dark lager. Copper in colour, a malty, sweet base with caramel and toffee notes. The use of a German late hop has imparted a fruity, citrus and floral aroma to the beer. Hops: Cascade, Challenger, Magnum and Tettnang.
This IPA pours a pale straw colour with bright white foam. On the nose are slight fruity tones and a fresh hoppy character. The taste is a melody of European and American hops with a lasting bitterness that makes you want more.
The mellow spiciness and subtle floral and herbal notes of German hops Hersbrucker and Magnum are skilfully backed up with pineapple, orange, lime, guava and jasmine aromas and flavours from the exciting Slovenian hop variety, Cardinal. Hazy gold in colour with a 50% wheat / 50% barley malt split giving a super smooth mouthfeel to complement the clean and fresh flavours.
We use all pale malt and lots of New Zealand hops to create this hoppy but still sessionable low strength beer.
