This beer is a beautifully balanced mild, combining rich coffee notes with the smooth, warming character of dark malts. Packed with flavour yet gently low in ABV, it's the perfect little treat. Hops: Goldings.

Our chimp has turned 18 years old, and in doing so we have named him Cooper! A traditional best bitter with a smooth creamy head. Aroma of mellow chocolate and caramel.

Here at Thornbridge we have a deep respect for British Brewing heritage and on hearing that the historic Burton Union system was being retired we decided we wanted to do our part in saving one of the sets. We installed it in Bakewell, and after getting up and running we brewed this batch of Jaipur using it, each pint is a true piece of history. Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum, Simcoe, Columbus and Cascade.

A sessionable pale ale brewed with the addition of oats and wheat for a soft mouthfeel and a smattering of American hops for a delicate citrus flavour.

We wanted to show some appreciation for a classic style that we have been really enjoying drinking recently. With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing. We hope to have made a perfect summer bitter, let us know what you think!

An all 'Citrus' hopped American IPA providing satisfying, long lasting bitterness with a citrus tanged aroma. At 4.5% this fragrant ale is both refreshing and easily quaffable.

We've brought two recipes together in this IPA, Salopian's Kashmir and our Jaipur, and using a blend of ingredients from both we feel we've got it bang on. There is a plethora of citrus fruit, hints of pine and the lingering dry finish both beers are renowned for. Hops: Ahtanum, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe. Collaboration with Salopian Brewery.

A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
