A traditional still, medium cider.
A keeved, still cider left to ferment to off dry. The fruity smoothness of keeved cider but with the dryness of a traditionally fermented cider.
A traditional strong dry farmhouse cider, stored in oak barrels on the farm over winter. The old fashioned saying is you never tap the barrel until you've heard the cuckoo. We use mixed organic cider fruit from our ancient orchards to deliver a strong, complex flavour.
A still medium perry made froma blend of pears. Rosie's Perfect Pear is a new variant of a wonderful North Walian perry made by our favourite cider maker Steve Hughes in Llandegla near Wrexham. This batch was racked in a hail storm so we think it should be called Hail Perry!

Bursting with mango, pineapple and all packed full of exotic fruit flavours, unleashing a full-bodied cider. A punchy and tropical sweet cider expertly blended to give a subtle bite you will savour. A well-rounded and bold addition to our team of ciders.
Our farmhouse vintage is a proper dry still cider, created with a selected blend of cider apples that are pressed, fermented with wild natural yeast, then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years.
